Saturday I posted an entry that stated that when I joined Twelve Horses it was insolvent and that I knew it. Today, David Malone, the CEO of Twelve Horses, sent me the following messsage:

Can you do me a favour and edit your blog. When you say we are insolvent that is factually incorrect and damaging to us so I would appreciate it if you’d remove that line. thank you.

Thank you for the request David. I believe in accuracy so let me make things clear. I knew the company had urgent money needs and it was a risk to join the company. But I really liked the technology, David Malone, and the rest of the people there. I have no real knowledge of “insolvency” in the legal sense of the word and I don’t want to hurt the company in any way. I truely wish you the best.
